Infinity in the sky

Another phenomena that i've come across during my investigations is displayed above in the photo of one of the ancient Greek temples. It describes the changing position of the Sun at midday (known as: Analemma). In order to create it you would need a camera, and need to take a picture every week. The results show that indeed the Sun creates a shifting infinity shape in the sky.
